After you fill in a brief trip inquiry form, I’ll reach out to arrange our (complimentary!) consultation call. I’ll use this call to dive deeper into your interests in travel dreams, talk about your specific needs, and answer any questions you may have about my process.

Design
Think we’re a good fit? I’ll send you my Concierge Care Fee invoice and then begin designing your trip! You’ll receive a custom trip proposal to review, with up to two revisions to tweak it until it sounds like your dream journey.
STEP TWO
Arrange
Next, sit back and let me stitch the entire itinerary together for you—seamlessly booking your hotels, transfers, and tours, plus all the “tiny” details that elevate a trip, like special dinner reservations or soothing spa appointments.
STEP THREE
Support
As departure day approaches, I’ll be in touch with advice on how to best prepare for your trip and experience your destination. On departure day, I’ll be monitoring your flights to ensure you have a smooth escape. You can rest easy knowing you have professional support while you travel—reach out to me or my in-destination partners if you need any assistance!

Welcome back!
I’ll check in with you upon your return to ensure your trip lived up to your expectations, as well as diving into what aspects you loved best (and what you could’ve skipped)—this will help me design an even better, more personalized experience for you on your next trip!
